Qisqacha tavsif:

2-darajali titan o'zining mustahkamligi, chidamliligi va korroziyaga chidamliligi tufayli tijorat maqsadlarida foydalanish uchun mashhur tanlovdir. Ushbu titan navi minimal oqim kuchi 275 MPa va minimal cho'zilish kuchi 450 MPa ni tashkil qiladi, bu uni tijorat sof titanning eng kuchli navlaridan biriga aylantiradi. 600°C haroratda tavlash paytida deformatsiyaning qattiqlashishi yo'q qilinadi. Shunday qilib, nisbatan pastroq mustahkamlik va yaxshiroq egiluvchanlik olinadi. Odatda 2-darajali titan naychalari uchun tavlash harorati 600°C da bo'lishi kerak. Tavlash jarayoni titanni issiqlik bilan ishlov berish bo'lib, u qattiqlikni kamaytirish va uni yanada samarali qilish uchun fizik va ba'zan kimyoviy xususiyatlarni o'zgartiradi. Tavlashning maqsadi 2-darajali titanning ishlov berish qobiliyatini yaxshilashdir.
