Qisqacha tavsif:

Ti 12-darajali (UNS R53400) molibden va nikel bilan qotishtirilgan titan sinfidir. U qaytaruvchi va oksidlovchi muhitda ajoyib korroziyaga chidamliligi bilan ajralib turadi va sof titan sinflariga qaraganda yaxshiroq issiqlikka chidamlilikni ta'minlaydi. 12-darajali qotishtirilmagan titanga, ayniqsa issiq sho'r suvlardagi yoriq korroziyasiga nisbatan sezilarli yaxshilanishlarni ko'rsatadi. Shuningdek, u qotishtirilmagan sinflarga nisbatan kislotalarga nisbatan ajoyib korroziyaga chidamlilikni ta'minlaydi. Xona sharoitida 2 yoki 7-darajali yuqori mustahkamlik va yuqori haroratlar yupqaroq qismlardan foydalanish orqali material va xarajatlarni tejash imkonini beradi. 12-darajali ASME Boiler Code tomonidan 600°F gacha foydalanish uchun tasdiqlangan. Ti 12-darajali qobiq va naychali issiqlik almashtirgichlar kabi ilovalar uchun mos keladi va odatda, masalan, kimyo sanoatida qo'llaniladi.
